Seeking young professional or graduate student to take over the lease for a departing tenant. Your roommate is an easy going young professional male that works for a data analytics company in the area. The condo setup and location are great and the rent is a really good deal for this place in the best part of Allston. There are two shy but extremely friendly cats that mostly keep to themselves if you are not a cat person. Unsure how they are around other animals so ideally you would not have any pets of your own. Looking for a longer term roommate to sign on to a lease until next September (2021), but will consider shorter terms.

Condo:
This sunny condo consists of a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. The living room is a nice size and bathroom has recently been updated. The large eat in kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and tile floors. There is a gas range, an oven, a large sink with disposal, full sized fridge, and dishwasher. There is also a good sized private porch off the kitchen. There are 2 entry ways to the apartment: you can access the door to the living room from the front of the building and the kitchen from the back. There are coin-op washing machines and dryers in the basement.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a window facing Spofford Ave. It also has two closets and a recessed built-in bureau. There is also an overhead light and fan. The room comfortably fits a queen-sized bed, two side tables, and a shelving unit/book case/separate bureau.

Location:
The condo is located on Commonwealth Avenue, less than a block from the Harvard Street intersection. It is less than a block from the green line (B), a block from the 66 bus to Harvard Square and a short walk to the 64 bus to Central Square. Other buses include the 9703 and the express 501 and 503. Central location in Allston, there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within a short walking distance. There is also a CVS and a Boston Sports Club directly across the street.

Financial details:
The rent is $1000/month and includes heat and hot water. Lots of free street parking (with a resident sticker) is available near by, but an off-street parking space directly outside the rear entrance is also available for another $100/month. The electric and cable/wifi bill is are split two ways and is about $75 each. First month rent and safety deposit (one month rent) due at signing. Applications subject to credit and reference checks.
