Huge room available in Brookline MA!

This room is in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. There are two other professional females who are staying in the apartment and they are the nicest people ever! They would like a female roommate who is looking to keep the apartment clean and quiet. They are in their mid 20's and early 30's. They are happy to facetime or video chat to show the apartment and to get to know you!

The rent is $1000 per month plus utilities (about $70 a month). There is laundry in the basement and plenty of storage space. The apartment is super close to multiple T stops, restaurants, a movie theater, Trader Joe's, and much more. The room can come furnished with shelves and drawers (no bed, sorry!).

The room is available anytime before December 1st (flexible move-in date). The lease goes until the end of May when you can then renew it for another year if you would like. The realty company that owns the apartment is super responsive and very helpful.
