Room for rent, ALL-INCLUDED Malden Center

Hi! My name is Irena Kovalevskaya! I am looking for someone to take over my lease (end on August 2021). Private bedroom located 15 min walking from Malden Center T, 10 min walking to Stop and Shop, and other stores. $900 everything included (gas, electricity, free laundry, WiFi, the cleaning lady is coming once a week, snow removal, and grass cutting). The laundry is free and is located in the house. The desirable day would be on 1st November.
I have three roommates, they are really nice, although I barely see them in common areas of the house. It a professionally managed house, it comes with the furniture (bed, A/C, drawers, organizer, desk, and chair). The heat is central, so the house is always warm, you can control the temperature in the smart thermostat. The place is quiet. The parking is off the street (no permit is needed), there is always parking so if you own a car you should not have any problems with that.
