Looking for 10/1 move in.

I will be moving from Seattle as a Pharmacist at Mount Sinai on the west side. I'm a 30 y/o male that's pretty OK at bikes and rollerblades. Fairly leftist, others have described me as a hippie. I'm pretty laid back and into my books, favorite being One Hundred Years of Solitude. I consider myself pretty neat and clean with my space, especially shared spaces.

My schedule will be 6 days on 8 off overnight shift. Monday through Saturday I would likely leave around 1130pm and arrive 830am. I will probably be asleep from 9-5. That would align with most people's 9-5 work schedule. That will repeat every other week so I will have 8 days off to do whatever, likely find a woodshop or travel.
