Looking for a roommate for my 2 BR, 2 Bath apartment in an amazing spot in East Williamsburg. 6 minute walk to the L at Montrose and JM at Flushing or Lorimer and 9 minutes to the G at Broadway. The apartment itself is very spacious with a full living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is a finished rooftop and the bedrooms are large enough for a Queen or Full bed plus other furniture. The apartment gets tons of natural light and is quiet as it is on the 4th floor (the stairs are good cardio!). Laundry is down the street and there are tons of restaurants.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and safe. No pets or cigarette smoke in the apartment.
