I am a recent college graduate trying to find a place to move into in New York! I'm currently unemployed but hoping to find some part time work until I land a more career-focused position. All of my friends in the city already have full houses/apartments so I'm looking for something ideally until the end of summer 2022. I'm currently living with my parents so I'm hoping to find something soon! As a roommate, I tend to think of myself as the entertaining and adventurous one. I'm pretty social and love to explore, meet new people, experience new things, etc. and I love to make people laugh. Other than some clothes on the floor, I like to be neat and have a clean kitchen/bathroom (although I totally get it when things might need to stay messier for longer). I think I'm really good at reflecting my roommates' moods/behaviors (like if you're really not in the mood I'll understand), and I think cue recognition as well as communication is essential to a successful roommate situation. My roommate experiences in college were all really great, and I love to make connections with my roommates. I generally have lived with women/queer individuals throughout college and I'd ideally love to be roommates with someone who falls under those categories! Looking forward to getting to know some people!
