I'm a writer and tutor, and I work for an environmental nonprofit. I'm tidy and believe in open and direct communication with roommates. I'm friendly but respect boundaries and don't expect to be friends with you unless everyone wants that.

I'm a huge music nerd, I rock climb, and I volunteer on a community farm in Crown Heights, where I've been living for the past while. My building was purchased and the new management isn't offering us a new lease, so I'd love a place to camp out for a bit until a find a good long-term location (or luck into a good situation and not need to search again).
