Sam S - $2,100/month

Currently live in a 3-bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Catherine Santa Monica. Looking for two roommates, move-in date would be in early/mid September likely around September 11/12. Catherine is an awesome apartment complex with great amenities. One of the rooms that I am looking to fill would be around $2,100/month, while the other room would be closer to $1,700 range.

I'm pretty easy going and don't have a particular preference on roommates besides being clean and respectful of common spaces and all the basics. A lot of the apartment is already furnished but I am very open to changing it up to match potential roommates' interests!

Quick about me - I work for UCLA Women's Basketball and am in office most days of the week. I am pretty active and love to workout and go to the beach on the weekends. Would love to be able to share my apartment with someone looking for a roommate in this area!
