Im a laid back Kiwi 28y M who is moving to CA this year for work. Keen to find a roommate (or many) with similar interests that want to get a place together or to have someone offer me a room! some things about me:

Rock Climber
Surfer
Enjoy a drink/party
Online games to unwind
Respectful, Quiet and Tidy at home
WFH most of the time due to being in IT industry
Lived in San Diego in PB for 1 year in 2018 so I already know what its like over there.

Some things I need in a room:

Not too far from the beach
Spacious or an office at the place since ill be WFH in my room
AC

Some things I would ideally like in a roomate:

Laid back
Not too political, IDGAF about any of that

Places I would consider going south to north:

Oceanside
San Clemente, Capistrano Beach, Dana point
Huntington, Costa Mesa, Newport
