Looking for a roommate to start a lease for move in August 1st. I'm laid-back, non-judgmental, and value tidy common areas. Ask any of the 4 roommates I lived with all four years of college. Also, my mom doesn't complain about me too much.

I do my dishes, will wipe down surfaces, let you have my leftovers if you ask, and will have wine with you on a rough day. My preference is someone who is similarly considerate of our space and mindful of their contribution to it.

I'm starting Fordham Law School part-time in mid-August. So I preferably want to stay anywhere on the west side but am willing to move out to Queens to be a max. 25-minute commute from Columbus Circle.

I will be working 9-5 then going to class/studying afterwards. My weekdays will be extremely busy but there will be weekends (and rare weeknights) I go out drinking with friends. You don't have to smoke, but I would appreciate someone who is 420 friendly. However, you must be LGBTQ/an ally.
