My name is Maggie and I'm a 26-year-old gal working in the entertainment industry.

After my 9-5 job, I usually stop at the gym on my way home and end the weeknights with dinner and unwinding in front of the TV in the living room or in my bedroom. I tend to go bed no later than 11PM and like the apartment to be quiet after that.

I'll occasionally go out on the weekends, but never ever bring the party back home. Every several months I'll have the occasional visitor for the weekend - like my sister or childhood best friend but that's it. I rarely have friends over during the week and if I do, it's to watch The Bachelor or some equally trashy reality TV.

My ideal roommate is also a working professional lady who is respectful of time and space, who cleans up after themselves, values alone time just as much as they do roommate socializing time and is willing to help make our apartment a home.

I'm looking to move into a 2 bedroom apartment with only one roommate. Move-in date would be August 1, but could possibly do something as early as July. If needed, I can have my parents as a guarantor.
