I have 3 cats very well behaved and clean cats that are my everything, and their health and safety is my top priority, as well as having a healthy, safe and peaceful home. So we can’t live with dogs unfortunately but we can carefully introduce maybe older cats that keep to themselves. More than willing to verify my indentity however is needed but I refuse to pay this app a 5$ processing fee to do it when I’m saving money to move🤗

I am very cleanly, I have dust free litter and air purifiers for cats so my house never smells like dirty cat. I’m hella sensitive to strong or artificial smells since I have allergies and asthma and so does one of my cats. I unfortunately have celiac so I try to keep my house in the very least wheat flour free since it creates gluten dust- or just basically have designated prep areas in the kitchen as well as wiping up any crumbs or contam. I also have trauma surrounding alcohol and drugs so I can’t live in an environment around consistent use. I don’t mind 420 though long as it’s ventilated to the outdoors and doesn’t make someone lazy to the point of not cleaning or being unhygienic (deodorant and showers ftw!😂) also I do love cocktails and have a few spirits after working at a historic speakeasy but only do that and drinking for special occasions.

I’m sure I sound like I’m hard or boring to live with with these things but I’m such a hobbit and extremely chill and just want to create harmony with my home and roommate. My home is my sanctuary so as long as we can make it a place of peace and no drama I’m sure we can be great friends or in the v least efficient roommates.

Im very young for a 37 year old- I love making whimsical art, gaming, gardening, cooking etc. I’m very neurodivergent and lgbtq friendly but I absolutely do not support ICE and am pro choice. I’m v good at being a listening ear or helping hand if needed. I don’t mind cooking shared dinners or helping with school or cleaning on occasion if you can’t get to it. Acts of service is how I show I care. But I’m also very respectful and I’m willing to leave you alone completely. I love music and I’m a dancer, but I don’t play loud music at home. I also do online reselling and worked at a speakeasy but depending on where I live, I would like to find a job close to our place. I’m very serious about my work and responsibilities There will be no late rent or lack of bill paying from me.

I moved from Tucson a year ago with my boyfriend and after a pregnancy loss at 5 months in, it just isn’t working out and I need to do what’s right for myself and start over. We do not have drama, and are both civil so he will not be coming over or banging on my door or anything crazy. We’ve agreed to move on and I do not have a desire to date, and party extremely rarely, and will not be bringing men over.

I unfortunately do not have a support system here, but i do in Tucson and they will be willing to help us move or co-sign as well. I am definitely willing to be a team on this endeavour and help you move in and I’m willing to be flexible with what you need if we can agree to have a living situation with compromise and safety for the both of us. There may be a chance that I previous place/opportunity might be opening up to me as an option, but I cannot put full stock in it yet so I feel it’s still best to also to look for options here.

Moving is hard-but living with someone shouldn’t have to be! I am flexible on when we move but I think I will need a little bit more than a month at this point to save a little more and get my house boxed. I can pull strings though as long as I have 30 days. Last note, is that I have 37 years worth of stuff in my home because I’m very much into interior design and have had my mom pass her vintage decor to me. Please let me know if we have too much of an overlap of furniture or if you have decor preferences for the common areas and I will keep some of my things in storage. I can also give you the phone numbers or emails of previous roommates, friends and family if you need character references before making the move. It always a good idea!
