Room for Rent - Can Move in ASAP

My name is Mario and I have a single room available on one side of my house that you can have. There are 2 rooms with closets; and a full shared bathroom on that side. This vacant room has a walk in closet. One roommate occupies one room, so the other is available. I have a husky but she is super nice. I work from home, and my work space is in my room on the other side of the house. I also have two living rooms, and a large backyard. The other roommate is really clean and really busy also; not home too much.

It will be available Sunday, September 29th

I am super clean in our shared space I am super chill, I play videogames and enjoy cooking and yoga and the gym. You won’t have to pay for any utilities or internet or electricity. JUST THE RENT. I live in North PHX off the 101 and 17. There is a full bath with his and hers sinks on that side of the house, so you will have your own sink and counter and cabinets. I’m friendly and accommodating and we can workout whatever details come with it! :)

As far as things I provide: all city services, water, taxes, trash etc. I do have the highest speed internet available (I am a gamer), full laundry, I buy all the dish soap, paper towels, laundry soaps, trash bags etc. I try really hard to provide everything for you and especially in our shared space. If you need storage, I do have a shed in the back that is empty plus a garage and attic.

I will be showing the space ASAP until it is occupied and looking for a year commitment lease. Finding a roommate is stressful tbh :P You can pay the month’s rent before or after you move in. It can be prorated too depending on the date. I will have you sign a lease for both of our protection. Let’s schedule a time for you to come by and see if it is a good fit. Thank you so much :)

Other Things:

I have a husky and like I said, she is super nice. I work from home, but my work space is in my room on the other end of the house. I try to be really accommodating and flexible. I play videogames and go the gym regularly. I’m a geek and a nerd 🤓

The other roommate works 2 jobs and keeps to herself. She also has a dog, but her dog keeps to herself also.
