Hi! I am looking for a very communicative and clean roommate who would also like to be friends! Sharing responsibilities such as taking turns cleaning and respecting each other's space/belongings is a MUST. I am looking to stay around the Gilbert or Chandler area in a 2 bedroom. I have a couple places in mind, but open to looking around at other complexes. I have an ESA cat who is very small and friendly. If you have your own cat, though it may take time, I am sure they will get along!

I have a full -ime, office job and do school online for finance. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs and I expect the same of my roommate. It's just a personal value of mine to respect your own body, mind, and home. Not a party person at all and I keep a small circle. If you'd like, we can all hang out together~ :) My friends and family are great, caring people to be around!

Im also a big nerd who plays indie/rpg games, plays magic the gathering, loves Asian food, cooks and doesn't mind sharing, watch a lot of shows/movies (especially anime/kdramas), and most importantly- I am an artist! My go to lately is digital art and clay.
