Recently left work in Midtown but in final round of interviews and have a few things lined up as well as savings. Would not have trouble qualifying. Looking to reduce my rent/find a place that is much nicer than what I’m living in now. I’m usually only home at nights as I prefer to work in office 5 days per week or be out and about during the day. I’m into writing music and the arts generally. I like to go out on weekends, usually once per weekend. I like to relax, cook, write, and watch tv when at home. Very clean, grew up with two older sisters and appreciate a clean house. I don’t smoke tobacco or weed (will eat edibles though), but not offended if you do as long as the place doesn’t stink. Easy going and open-minded. Let’s meet up and see if it’s a good fit.
