Furnished Studio for Rent

Hi,

I have a beautiful, new 565 square foot studio with a washer/dryer in the unit in Flatiron. The building has a doorman, gym, dog park, elevators, incredible roof with grills, etc. It is overlooking Madison Square Park across from the Flatiron Building.

I am searching for a roommate to split the studio. It is not the best setup for two people, but two compatible people could make it work. I pay $5,000 per month, so I would be looking to split the rent for $2,500. The location, building, and apartment are amazing. I will pay for electric and internet.

I think I am a great roommate. I'm super clean, quiet, respectful, fun, kind, and smoke-free. We'd be compatible roommates if you share these traits.

I would be open to renting month-to-month, but ideally, you would come on the lease with me. My current lease ends August 16. The building is rent stabilized.
