Diamond B - $1,500/month

I am an incoming student-athlete at Westcliff University looking to move ASAP. I own two large dogs, so I'm hoping to find a roommate who doesn't mind pets and preferably a house with a fenced yard to rent. Although I want to, I'm not 100% sure I'll be able to bring them with me unless I can find a suitable place. I am trying to move from Bakersfield, Ca so I am also currently looking for employment in Orange County to get settled. I would also like to bring my little sister along. She's 17 and will also be looking for employment to help cover rent. I would like to find a place with an extra room, but it's not a for-sure thing right now.
