I am looking for a new roommate to share my 3 bedroom Santa Monica apartment within walking distance of the beach, pier and Third St. Promenade. Once you get home, you never need your car for shopping, dining or movies – it’s all a short walk away.
You get lots of privacy with a fully furnished queen bedroom, private balcony and private full bath with natural light. The apartment is an upper unit with great city and garden views. The building is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and colorful flowers – it even offers outdoor tables for studying/ reading dining.
