i would be taking the room closest to the kitchen which leaves the master suite with its own bathroom and the room in between.

the total rent is 3750 which means that if shared between two people it is 1875 and for three people it is 1250.

this does not include utilities although the house has solar and therefore the electricity costs are said to be much less.

the House includes central AC and heating, in unit full size washer and dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave.

Location: 4516 10th Avenue, Los Angeles, which is close to baldwin hills and leimert park
