My current roommate is relocating to Connecticut to weather the pandemic with family, so I'm looking for a replacement. The digs: a spacious bedroom (can fit a king bed with room to spare) that includes a closet and two windows. Common area with lots of light, a cute bar-style countertop, and fireplace.
Location is Gowanus, close to the F, G, and R trains. There’s also a Citibike station one block away—10-minute bike ride to Prospect Park! Plus gyms, grocery stores, laundromats, restaurants/bars, and a Lowe’s within walking distance.
