I'm looking for 1-2 roommates to search for an apartment - my current lease ends Jan. 31 so need to have something lined up before then. I work from home 4 days/week, so hoping to find something with ample living/work/bedroom space. Pretty open as far as neighborhood, but have been looking mostly in Bushwick/Williamsburg.
I am a 29 year old gay man so must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I enjoy working out, playing tennis and volleyball, and trying new bars/restaurants. 420 friendly. Would be great to have friendly camaraderie with my roommates, but really just need to live with people who are respectful of shared spaces and don't mind that I'm working from home most days.
