Hey there!

Looking for a room or to go in on a lease with one other person in Brooklyn to start sometime in fall or winter with a combined budget of up to $3400-3500 ($1700-1750 individually, could go a bit higher to $3600/$1800 for the right place). Thinking we could find a 2-3 bedroom in Brooklyn and each have our own room with a potential third room as a den/second living room/home office type area, giving us plenty of space.

Looking for a clean, quiet, respectful and communicative roommate. Would love someone I could be friends with, but not totally necessary. LGBTQ+/BIPOC friendly.

About me: evenings I go to the gym and just chill in my room. Weekends I hang at home or go out with my gf or friends. Once in a blue moon I'll have a friend or two over for short visits, but consider home a sanctuary. Like to hang out, but also like my alone time, which is why I'd love to find a place we could both have space.

I work a typical 9-5 in the entertainment industry. In the office M-Th, work from home most Fridays.
