My apartment is about as nice as it gets in Hells Kitchen. It was totally renovated three years ago when I moved in, and I’ve since put a lot of my own work into it. It’s two bedrooms / one bathroom and on the third floor of a walk up.
It has sainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble bathroom, 65-inch 4K LED TV, in-unit washer/dryer, Bose sound system, etc. I keep it very clean and am looking for a tidy roommate for the smaller of the two rooms pictured.
I temporarily left NY in March but plan to return in late May.
Also, I live with a toyger named Tony, who’s very sweet. I’m hoping to find someone willing to feed him when I travel.
