Hi there! We are three hardworking and fun individuals who are looking for a fourth mature, easy-going female roommate who is looking to live in a beautiful early 1900s affordable duplex located conveniently in downtown Dover. Although the apartment has old school character, both bathrooms and the kitchen are updated, complete with dishwasher. Beautiful hardwood floors downstairs and only one year-old carpeting upstairs. In-apartment laundry (NOT coin operated), off-street parking, and snow removal and landscaping are included. Our landlord and handyman are extremely kind and accessible. We have been living here for a year, and are proud of the home we have created.
