I am easy going and laid back. I am friendly but can also be shy/keep to myself. I woudln't mind respecting each other's privacy or getting to know each other and hang out as roommates/friends! I am down to help keep common areas clean, cook for everyone once in a while and don't mind dogs or cats (love dogs actually and am hoping to be able to get one soon). Right now I live with my boyfriend and we are looking to find a room together (so 2 of us would rent one room), a studio, in-law apartment, suite with other roommates/housemates. I am a student and he is a contractor- he works comes home eats and sleeps pretty much! We like to go out on the weekends- rarely have people over but we don't mind if you do (on weekends). I am a student and work as a babysitter and tutor, so my schedule isn't set. I typically stay up later, but I am quite- usually studying, watching Hulu or doing some art! I don't love getting up early, but am fine with others getting up/getting ready early around me. We would like to spend 400-800 a month- utilities included is best so there is no confusion each month about price, but we aren't picky about that. We are opening to live close to his work in Arlington and be able to start saving money/fixing my credit so we need somewhere that doesn't require good credit! He has none at all, mine is pretty bad due to student loans (I can show this/prove that so the renter knows it is because of student loans!). We love to travel when we can- even to the cape and New Hampshire for a weekend so you will get the place to yourself a lot of the time! I am 24, he is 34. We would love to meet you, go grab a drink and watch a game somewhere to get to know you and check out the place. We love good food, good drinks, and good friends (and good sports games!). We are also open to meeting others who are looking for a place and finding a place as a group. Thanks!!!
