Looking for a roommate to join me for this April, until September at lease, my current roommate is moving for a job. The apartment can come fully furnished! We're in Dorchester right in a quiet section of Uphams Corner, near the red line and a bunch of bus routes, it also has free street parking. Rent is $1150 plus utilities, it's a newly renovated first floor of a triple decker, with laundry in unit. We also have a front and back porch, patio, grill and a fenced in backyard. Ideal roommate is a woman in her 20's/30's responsible/conscientious and enjoys having a roommate without feeling pressured to socialize, but i'm open! Looking for April 1st move in.
