About the space: A cozy 2 bedroom English basement apartment in the heart of Mount Pleasant, the best neighborhood in the city. The apartment is about 1000 sq/ft.
There's a washer/dryer in unit, a mudroom for bike storage if needed, granite countertops, gas stove, and a backyard for grilling/gardening in warmer weather.
You'll be located just a block off Mount Pleasant Street, with loads of restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, and a weekly farmer's market. Only 10min walk to metro station.
Rent is $915/per month, utilities *included*. The only extra monthly charge is for internet/cable. It's month-to-month, no yearly lease required. and no security deposit. The (wonderful) landlord does require rental insurance, and a background check.
The apartment comes furnished with everything you may need. Furniture in the room is available upon request as well.
