Large bedroom with private bath in chill LGBTQ+ friendly group house, five minutes from Ballston metro. Current roommates are one male (he) and one male (they) ages 30 and 25. Room has a private walk out balcony. Utilities are not included in rental price and are generally around $100/mo. Looking for a fellow laid back professional or student to complete our house.
We have one dog in the house already, and as such further pets are not allowed. House sits on the intersection of the W&OD, Four Mile Run, and Custis trails, and as such provides a large assortment of parkland, running/cycling trails, and scenic walks to both Ballston and East Falls Church. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house as well.
