This apartment is a two bedroom. The rooms are on opposite sides which provides privacy while the centrally located living room allows for gathering together. The apartment and room for rent gets great natural light. There are tall ceilings, washer and dryer in the unit, and dishwasher and a convenient video intercom system. Just a few blocks away from Central Park, the neighborhood is great with a coffee shop, restaurant and great shopping around every corner. It’s close to the 4,5,6 train and Crosstown bus as well!
