Lease is from 9/1-8/31 (move in date flexible, willing to consider early move in to beat the 9/1 weekend moving madness), with first, last, and security due at signing (no brokers fee!!)
This apartment is a total gem. It's huge, with lots of natural light. Rent is 1075/mo pp, which includes heat. 2 laundromats super close. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor, with the landlord living on the bottom floor. On street parking is available with an Allston/Brighton permit
I'm looking for a professional in their mid 20's-mid 30's that is respectful, pays rent on time, friendly, and is okay with (preferably likes) cats, as I have two little snuggle bugs. No additional pets allowed.
A little about myself - I'm 30yo and worked in the Longwood area before covid (working remotely now). My interests include hiking, happy hour, football Sundays, trying out new recipes, and curling up on the couch with a good book & a glass of wine.
