Hi! I’m looking for 1-2 roommates in their 20s wanting to move ideally for a September 1 lease. I’m 23 years old and I’m a consultant at a tech company. I graduated last year from Pitt and have been living at home since. I’m looking to live somewhere in Lower Manhattan (East Village, LES, SoHo, Chelsea , FiDi, etc), but am flexible as long as it’s in those general areas.

I only know a few people in the city so I’d love to become friends with my roommates! As a roommate, I value open communication, clean common areas, and someone who is considerate of others.

Currently, I will be WFH for a while. As a consultant, at some point, I may have to travel out of the city to my client during the week on an as-needed basis.

During my free time, I’m excited to explore the city and visit different coffee shops, museums, shops, etc. I also like to do digital drawings, paint by numbers, and read. I like to stay active and can’t wait to try different fitness classes around the city. I am fully vaccinated and am COVID-conscious.
