Looking for a good match to fill for a GORGEOUS flex room with an unbelieveable view in a building with full amenities. Personality match is also important to me so see below for facts about the place AND about me :)

THE PLACE:
- 20 minutes to Fidi
- 10-15 Minutes to NYU
- Luxury building right across the street from Penn Station
- 29th floor so its very quiet and you don’t get much street noise at all and it feels like a respite from the bustle:)
- Building has large gym overlooking the city, incredible incredible rooftop, laundry, apartments that lock with a touch screen code so you can never get locked out, doorman and elevators.
- Your view looks out onto the iconic New Yorker sign !!!!!!
- 1 BLOCK to Whole Foods
- 4 Blocks to the Hudson River parkways for biking and running and such
- Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, the works
- Your room: a flex 12 x 9 (that’s 12 feet of floor to ceiling windows) plus a closet
- The A/C/E is like 15 steps from the front door
- The 1/2/3 is a block away
- Harold Square Station (B/D/F/M/N/Q/R/W) is 3 blocks away
- $1700/month plus splitting electric (about $25/mo each)
- One time fees: $1,114 (quarter of the broker fee) and half the flex wall cost (probably around $400)
- Move in between September 20th and October 1st, then it’s a year lease!
- I did not expect to like this area (just like everyone I was looking West Village or something but was SO surprised by it’s convenience and the amazing building)

THE PERSON
- Hi! I’m Sam, and I study theatre at Pace University’s School fo Performing Arts. I run a math tutoring business, am working on my first EP, love thrifting and saving the planet/ethical shopping, cook often, love poetry/painting/picnics, am originally from northern CA, and LOVE OPEN COMMUNICATION. Very into a super healthy, super honest roommate situation where we can communicate and make compromises or adjustments as needed.
- Might have friends occasionally but mostly home is my sanctuary and I got to other people’s places.
- LGBTQ friendly, non-smoking please
- Balance of checking in/hanging out at the end of the day or going out occasionally but also having personal time
- Roommate does not have to be a theatre person or artist type! Just someone who is cool with me being one :)
