About myself: I'm 24 years old and a UT grad. I've lived in Austin since 2019 and absolutely love the city. I work as a software engineer. In my free time I love to make coffee and tea, I'm a huge foodie, love to cook, I play piano, workout, and like to bike and walk most places. I am also into hosting game nights and dinner parties so will occasionally have friends over (sometimes for a couple of days if they are visiting from out of town. I am also in a long distance relationship so my girlfriend will come over every two months or so for an extended period of time (I also go to visit her from time to time for a couple weeks at a time so you will have the place to yourself. I'm generally clean and neat and would prefer someone who is also! I'm hoping we won't just be roommates but also good friends who can feel free to hang out and do stuff together.

It is a two bed two bathroom apartment on Rainey Street. The total Square Feet is ~1300. We have a huge living, dining and kitchen area with a giant horizontal patio overlooking Rainey. We get tons of natural light and the common area is completely furnished! You would have your own bathroom, walk in closet, and your bedroom can easily fit a king size bed and a desk. The apartment has automated locks, a decent gym, and a newly renovated pool. A little about the location its near tons of bars and restaurants on Rainey Street. ~5min walk to downtown, ~10 min walk to the east side, and a ~5min walk to Lady Bird Lake and a super close drive to HEB on SoCo as well. The total rent comes out $2905 (so ~1450 for your half) - this include water and parking! Electricity utilities vary between $70-150 (half for you) and Internet is $75 ($37 for you). I truly don't think you can get a price like this in downtown for such a great apartment anymore, which is why I'm trying so hard to keep it!!
