I have a very large bedroom for rent (17' X 9.5'). 4 month minimum or longer. Lease will be month to month after initial 4 months however if you want longer term I am fine with it. The room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and closet. You would also have access to a private full bath not attached to the room and a shared half bath next to your room. Utilities included: internet, electricity, water & heat. There is also a private backyard area I have setup with a table chairs and tent. I have two cats that stay upstairs. The home is a 3 bed 2.5 bath two level apartment with spiral stairs and a private back yard.

Lower level: 2 bedrooms and a half bathroom as well as a foyer and a separate entrance. (so you do not have to upstairs to go in and out)

Ground Level: My bedroom, kitchen, living room, backyard access, two FULL bathrooms and another entrance.
