I have a 2 BR in South Harlem (119th ST and Frederick Douglas Blvd) and are offering 1 of the bedrooms for a sublet of 6 months to 1 year with an option to extend to a longer-term rental if desired.
The bedroom is fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser, closet, etc.) and the common areas in the apartment are spacious and newly renovated and re-furnished as well. There is a TV with apple TV, Netfix, Hulu etc. available for you to enjoy. This space is available now, I am asking $1,350 per month (plus utilities - about $50/month).
The apartment is located on a 4th fl. walk-up a few blocks away from the 116th/125th AC/BD subway lines and is about a 10 min walk from Columbia and Barnard University. The neighborhood is surrounded by local cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. A fully loaded grocery store is located right across the street, a wash & fold laundromat is right next door. The neighborhood is awesome with access to Morningside Park a few blocks west and Central Park at 110th.
