Chelsea O - $2,000/month

I am from Los Angeles, CA, currently 30, and am planning to start my MBA at NYU fall 2023. I also work full time, mostly from home (at most one day / week at the office) and school will be 2x / week in the evenings. I will definitely be at home a lot of the time between work and school, but otherwise, I love to be active outdoors (walks, hikes, etc.) and love to go out to dinner and drinks. Not a huge “clubber” / partier. I am a huge dog person and I have a dog myself (40 lb. Labradoodle). He is the sweetest dog and does not shed/hypoallergenic, but he’s timid with other dogs, so I couldn’t live with somebody with a dog. Definitely need to be a dog person though as I don’t crate him, I allow him on furniture, but he is extremely house trained (has never chewed / been destructive). As a roommate, I am pretty laid back. I am pretty clean, but not obsessive. I wouldn’t be able to tolerate huge parties on weeknights, etc.; but overall pretty easy going overall!
