Hello, I just recently moved to NY from Miami. I work in Finance at an Investment Bank. I currently sublet at an amazing place and want to sign a new lease right here since my current roommate is moving out. I am also open to finding a new place together. I am extremely clean and very easy to be friends with :) This statement has been verified by my current friends...I think. I enjoy going out to explore and trying different cuisines and experience the NYC vibe. Not to mention movie nights and wine nights are equally as enjoyable. Ideally looking for a roommate who has similar interests and can be friends with to do things together. At the same time, fully understanding personal space and private time :) I like to keep the common spaces clean so would love to have someone who does the same.
