Large bedroom in Dyker Heights

The room is large and partially furnished. We can remove the furniture if you don't want it. The apartment is a 2 floor duplex in an 2 family house. The room is on the first floor, my daughter and I have bedrooms upstairs. You will have full use of the large kitchen and bathroom.

We have one cat. We are very clean and mostly very quiet. We are looking for someone who is also clean and quiet. Please no guests, drugs or alcohol.
