Looking for a roommate to search for an apartment with a Feb or March 2025 move in date.

I'm a native New Yorker who has been living out of state since 2020. Returning home to be closer to family and friends as my community is important to me.

I am an introvert who is often mistaken for an extrovert. I am comfortable with solitude, but if people have good energy, I'm happy to be there too.

As a roommate, I mainly keep to myself as my home is very much my sanctuary for downtime. But I am also very friendly and willing to hang-out with my roomies if the vibe is there.

A peaceful, cooperative home is what I am striving to create.
Equality and openness is non-negotiable.

A good match would be:
someone who is considerate of others.
someone who is self & spiritually aware.
keeps clean common spaces.
is open to having difficult conversations if necessary
is financially stable (like you have a secure income source).
doesn't need to throw a house party every weekend. but like an occasional intimate shindig is cute.
pays bills on time.
communicates about necessary updates (i.e. sleep overs). i should be aware if I need to be wearing a bra or not lol.
queer friendly or identifying; in general inclusive to identities.
someone who doesn't have a significant other sleeping over every week (unless they are a roommate/helping to pay bills).

no one is perfect- so I'm just looking for a self aware human to spare a space with.

*A note about the Lifestyle information:
I selected answers that were more reflective of my current habits but may not be exact. For example under "How often do you entertain friends": I do so 2-3 times a year at most so selecting "no guests" was closer to reality.
