Looking for a roommate to search for an east harlem or upper east side apartment with for either feb 1 or feb 15 move in date. Not looking to move into anyone's space unless the transaction is directly through the landlord.

pays bills on time.
communicates about necessary updates (i.e. sleep overs). i should be aware if I need to be wearing a bra or not lol.
