Rent is $1,400/month, including utilities and Wi-Fi.
Available January 1, 2026, for a one-year lease.
One-month deposit required.
Amenities & Access:
Fourth-floor deck access—good for coffee or cocktails.
Fourth-floor kitchenette for daily use (sink, fridge, rice cooker, toaster oven, air fryer; no cooktop or oven).
Access to the first-floor chef’s kitchen (La Cornue oven, Green Egg grill, etc.) when the owner is abroad—about eight months per year.
The House & Owner:
The owner is a lawyer who uses part of the first floor for a legal practice.
The house is cleaned thoroughly by the owner, except for your private space and the fourth-floor kitchenette, which are your responsibility.
The only chore is to shovel snow and salt the sidewalk if the owner is away.

Permit parking is available.
