I have been the happy live-in manager of a congregate shared room/share common areas house since 2011. I gained the skill of facilitating harmony in groups through my early career in professional theatrical stage management and film company management. I'm the on-site manager for serene, peaceful harmony sharing of spaces in a very large 5000 SF house, Each person has the simple, easy and orderly share of all of the common areas and complete propriety of a well-appointed private room.
The original house is 1751 stone, the "addition" is a 1741 authentic log building and there is a third living area that is "new to look old" using modern convenience techniques with antique building materials.
This is a simple beautiful legacy building located about 40 minutes West of Philadelphia, near charming small town Media, Pa. The home sight sits in the middle of 16 very private acres protected by The Natural Lands Trust.
