Furnished for one occupant is about 1700 or less, depending on furnishing; unfurnished is 1400.
For couples, the unfurnished rate is $1800; the furnished room would be $ 2100.

Renters pay for their own utilities, and there are no pets allowed! The utility fees are based on usage and can be extremely low or high depending on usage.
