Looking for a roommate in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey City / Hoboken - New York

Isaac H - $1,500/month

About Me

Hey! My name is Isaac.

Looking to move-in end of November, for the month of December (or January). Preferably month-to-month (for up to 3-6 months).

I would prefer to keep my cat with me, so a pet-friendly situation is an A+

I'm working for an architecture firm in Soho. Looking for apartments near the 1, the A and C trains

---

I'm from Alabama. I grew up as the 4th eldest of 8, in a devout Presbyterian household, but now you'll find I'm very open-minded, social, and forward-thinking, philosophically.

I've been visiting New York for 5 years, looking to finally move and begin my New York adventure this winter.

I take work pretty seriously, so I'll likely be gone working long hours.

On weekends, I love going out, hanging socially outside or at friends' places, and working out at the gym. I find joy in fitness and nature.

---

I've lived in houses with people all my life, so being conscientious of housemates is a pro. I consider myself a B+ roommate at worst, and an A on average.

I keep things tidy, although sometimes maximalist. I love a tastefully decorated apartment, but I'll keep that to my own spaces unless invited.

I'm pretty easygoing. I'm looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

My maximum monthly budget 1,500
