Doug and I are pretty easy going.

Myself: I like sports and WFH some days. I usually go to bed around 9-10:30pm because I like to work out in the building gym in the morning. In terms of cleanliness, I'm the only one that cooks. I usually just clean up after myself and try to live by the "leave it the way you got it." I'm not religiously cleaning the kitchen but I think the apartment is in best shape when kitchen and living room are generally clean and put together.

Doug: Works in office everyday and manages his own high school football program so is typically never in the apartment and usually pretty busy. He may enjoy sports or a movie in the living room but nothing to irregular. Doug tends to go to bed around midnight and wake up at a normal hour for work.

We currently have a flex room in the living room but we will knock it down once the one roommate moves out in oct/nov and then we can design the living room to be more comfortable.

The gym would be one of the nicest in the city if it were something you had to pay for so definitely recommend. AC and appliances included. Game room, co-working space on roof, including grills. Door man and lobby as well.
