Tony R - $1,800/month

Hey everyone!

My name is Tony, I currently live in Bushwick, NYC. I've lived here for almost 7 years. I've been with my current roommate for 4 years, but shes moving to Texas to further her relationship with her boyfriend. I'm super happy for them, but that means I need to find a new roommate for 2026.

We currently live in a 5 year old "luxury" building, which I don't mind resigning a lease here if that makes it easier for you. You could come by and see the apartment if you're interested. The rent would probably be around 1400+ each if we choose to resign here. But that deal only last until 11/30/25. I also don't mind signing a new year lease somewhere else so we both have a fresh new start!

I'm a work from home professional, super easy to talk too, very clean, polite, and friendly, dont mind living with men or women, I've experienced both.

Not super picky when it comes to getting to know people or working with people.
