UTILITIES (and cleaning fees) INCLUDED
The apartment is a comfortable, well-kept space right on Grand St. The kitchen and dining area are compact but efficient, and we keep shared areas clean and organized. Since there are three roommates, we usually meal prep a few times a week to keep the kitchen clear and ready for whoever wants to use it next.
The bedrooms are larger than average for Williamsburg, each with its own closet and big windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. While the apartment faces Grand St., the sound is just part of the lively New York atmosphere.
The apartment is fully furnished, including plenty of plants lol, so there’s no need to bring much—though you’re welcome to bring your own bed frame if preferred. We’re a considerate, respectful household looking for someone responsible, tidy, and easy to live with who values a comfortable, inclusive environment. LGBTQ friendly ;)
