Work generally M-F, occasionally weekends ~8A-4P, ENFP/adventurous spirit/well-traveled, enjoy films, museums, comedy shows, podcasts, live music, dancing, cooking, baking, yoga, and being in nature. We can share some streaming services and sometimes dinner :)

It's a 3bed/2.5 bath duplex in a brownstone on a quiet/walkable/tree-lined street in Harlem, lots of natural light, a large room that can fit a king bed, reasonable street-parking, original fireplaces/mantels, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in the apartment, 2blocks to the express red line subway (downtown in 15min) and near drugstore/grocery.

I and another young professional lady (34) are seeking a 3rd roommate to fill a long-term, unfurnished or partially furnished, (1) cat-friendly space. Preferred move-in early/mid-AUGUST, but flexible.
