Danielle O - $1,300/month

Hello!

My name is Danielle and will be relocating to NYC in the summer '23! I will be relocating with my current employer so I will have steady employment/income with a budget of about 1300 before utilities.

I am looking for a room to rent with friendly people that will be welcoming to both myself and my 4 year old Husky. He's a super sweet snuggle bug and loves other people, dogs, and cats.

I'll be working a lot of the time, but would love to spend my free time exploring the city.

General interests include: fashion, thrifting, antiquing, throwing clay, design, reading, yoga, the beach, hiking, cooking, roller skating, dog parks.

Very tidy and content in keeping up with my share of the chores. I WFH a few days out of the week, and possibly more during the Winter.

I'm super okay with having separate lives, but if we jive, I'm also open to being friends and hanging out! Would really love to find a place with tenants that care for their space. I love curating small moments in space, and would love to share that interest in a roommate or two.
