$1250 med sized room, lots of perks, utilities not included (wifi included and house keeper every 2 weeks for common areas)

Med sized bedroom (about 12x9), shared bathroom and common areas, washer/dryer, and backyard! 2 mature, responsible roomies with great communication skills and open to feedback to ensure this is a comfortable home for all. About 5 min walk from the 7 train and LIRR. Short walk to the R/M train as well. We already have a functional kitchen. We are on the lease and moved in a few months ago. Apt was gut renovated so we were first tenants. New fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher (all the great amenities). Large shared pantry. Large private backyard through kitchen area. Wi-Fi included, all other utilities are split equally between 3 roommates total. We are quiet and mostly stay to ourselves. Present roommates cover the expense of a house keeper every 2 weeks which has been immensely helpful (this is included). Respectful and care about keeping our space clean and comfortable for all. 2 cats and a small dog live here so would have to be pet friendly. Pet owner is responsible for all pet related things ofcourse but they do hang out in the living room at times as well!
Bedroom fits a full sized bed comfortably. Current roommate that is moving out was able to fit a full sized bed, a tv with a tv stand+storage underneath it. One of the walls she had a floor to walk open concept clothing and shoes storage. If you have any questions, please reach out!
