In Search of Roommate/Roommates for a July 1st Move-in

Hi everyone!

My name is Holly and I’m looking for one or two female roommates in their mid to late 20s to join a lease/find a place/live with in Astoria/Park Slope starting July 1. I’m hoping to stay around a $1,200 month budget but flexible! I’m hoping to find a spacious apartment that is quiet and close/walking distance to the park, bars, restaurants, laundry and the train.

A little about me:

I’m 28 years old and I work as an eCommerce Manager in Manhattan. Outside of work, I love trying out new restaurants for brunch/cocktails and try to stay active by running/going on hot girl walks in the park or lifting weights at the gym. I’m very low key and laid back, and just looking for someone to get along with! I’d always be down for chill movie/wine nights either at home or the park! I relax at home by reading contemporary romance/thriller books on my kindle and updating my Goodreads, listening to Taylor Swift/early 2000s pop music, watching TV and hanging with my cats named Lentil and Autumn! They are super sweet, love meeting new people, playing and pets! They will love having you in our home!

I always keep common spaces clean and deep clean on my days off. I don’t mind if dishes in the sink aren’t cleaned right away, but as long as they’re not sitting there for days. I also don’t smoke weed/cigs and would prefer a roommate who doesn’t either, but it’s not a deal breaker. Also looking for someone who is OK with cats and wouldn’t mind them roaming the apartment.
